months and months of promises about the wildfire damage of last winter. But, Jeff, a very good evening

L.A. because I'm not there, and I depend upon you and reporting of the videos. The campouts by

the homeless, are they still ringing the center part of Los Angeles? They're still there. They

didn't move. And are there more than ever. Good evening to you.

There are more than ever. In fact, a recent report was released saying that we now have at least 50% of all homeless in the nation in California. And you're talking about a vast majority of those

are in the Los Angeles area.

We hear about them in San Francisco and other cities, but really Los Angeles is the big home for homeless in the state.

And they do ring the downtown area.
