Because yesterday, two L.A. Fire Department firefighters,

Caesar Garcia and Michael Contreras, were deposed by the attorneys who represent the homeowners in the Palisades Fire, who got burned out.

And at the end of their examinations of Garcia and Contreras, City attorneys, Karen Bass attorneys,

we're decedating the depositions confidential so the public can't hear the audio or video right now.

And Roger Bailey, the lead attorney, has confirmed that.
