the year on social media. So do we have a couple of breakups here? Social media might be

leading into it. Says in this email, my wife spends hours doom scrolling every night. And she's

media. She'll quote something that she saw on TikTok. We used to laugh together. Now she wakes up

sad. She goes to bed sad. She says that she feels like her life just doesn't measure up.

I begged her to take breaks. She says, what are you trying to do? Control me. Now it's affecting

our intimacy, our communication and honesty. I feel like I'm living with this stranger.

I say she needs help, and she only gets more defensive.

So how do I get my wife back without making this worse?
