This has to be the craziest part of the whole country, right? I mean the stories we have,

we stack up more anybody else, right? I feel like Florida definitely is deserving of the

weird reputation we get.

New York City, of course, has got a ton, but I would put South Florida up against any of it.

We're squirrely. I love it. I really do but there is a lot to look at.

worth over a billion dollars.
