Today we go back to February 5th, 2021, in a conversation

that we had with Kurt Warner, pro football Hall of Famer, Super Bowl 34 MVP, and of course, Super Bowl

champion with the then St. Louis Rams. He's played in three Super Bowls, two with the Rams and one

with the Arizona Cardinals

and now pro football Hall of Famer just a few years ago. And Kurt's a guy that I wanted to talk to

on this podcast for a while. And, you know, he's one of the more outspoken men in football

about Jesus that I can remember in terms of going back, right? I remember Reggie White

in the 90s and then Kurt Warner wins the Super Bowl in January of 2000 and I remember him standing

up at that podium and giving all praise to Jesus. And at the time, I wasn't even a Christian,

but thinking, man, this guy really has a strong,

deep-rooted faith in God.

And it was fun to talk to him a little bit about living out that faith Super Bowl week when he was

getting ready to go on the biggest stage and ultimately to win a Super Bowl and win Super Bowl

MVP for that matter.

Your faith is obviously important to you, and I'll never forget when you stood up there

on that podium after winning that Super Bowl and you gave glory to the Lord.

But what did that look like leading up to the game?

Well, you're on the biggest platform.

And that's really, you know, for me through the whole journey, you know, from the first Super Bowl to the last Super Bowl, you know, first one to the last moment.

It was a continual balancing act of understanding how do I do this the right way where I play the game,
