Welcome everyone. It is the local Toyota dealers KSR post game show. It is right here on a beautiful

0:16.0

day. Not really beautiful day in Nashville. Tennessee is the cats lose to Vanderbilt in a very,

0:24.4

very disappointing loss in Bridgestone Arena. The end of the SEC tournament for Kentucky. It is now,

0:31.2

Kentucky is one in four in its last five SEC tournament games. The worst record in the history of

0:38.4

the school. And according to Corey Price, Kentucky has never ever been one in four in their last five

0:45.7

SEC tournament games, but they are now. We'll open up the phones here in a minute. I'm going to

0:51.6

Ryan sitting here with me. I'm going to go just for a few minutes on my thoughts. I'm going to let

0:55.8

Ryan get in. Hopefully he doesn't fall asleep before we go because he is very, very sleepy. But

1:01.6

I'll start with what is so disappointing to me about this, about this loss. Just a week ago,

1:08.9

Kentucky played Vandy in Roperina in a game that they should have won that they didn't. And

1:17.9

that I thought Kentucky was outskemed and outplayed. Vandy decided to go small for most of the game,

1:25.9

especially in the second half. They spread Kentucky out, took them to the basket,

1:32.4

and were, you know, absolutely sort of dominant on them. They were able to get whatever they wanted.

1:40.4

And then when Kentucky tried to make plays and make a comeback at the end, they were not able to

1:44.4

do it. Now fast forward a week later, same team, same game, basically the exact same result.

1:52.9

Kentucky actually gets a lead in this one. Then by half time is losing, second half just like

2:00.2

against Vandy. They open it up again. And Kentucky makes a comeback and is not able to make the

2:06.0

plays to win. You basically had the exact same result one week later. And when you are a program

2:16.0

like Kentucky, you can't lose to Vanderbilt twice in seven or eight days. And you certainly can't

2:22.5

lose to them at the SEC tournament. I stayed and listened to Calipari's press conference. I

2:27.4

haven't to be honest with you. Don't think I've been to a press conference in person since I,

2:31.2

since before COVID, he was actually much more upbeat than he normally is after losses.
