Lose in Nashville, 7469 against Vanderbilt, in a disappointing loss as the team puts forth 30 minutes

of probably the worst basketball it's played all year.

Mixed in with 10 minutes of being really good, but it wasn't enough to get the win on the road.

We'll probably go until maybe just right at 7 or a few minutes before.

You know, it was, the first half was, I thought, the worst Kentucky's played all year.

And maybe the, I mean, certainly the worst performance we've seen from a Mark Pope team.

A lot of things went wrong in the first half.

Pretty much everything went wrong, honestly.

I thought the execution was poor.

The defense was poor, but the effort was just awful.

The worst effort I've seen from Kentucky not only this year, but in a while.

I mean, it just looked like guys were not hustling.

They were just kind of standing around.

All the 50-50 balls went to Vanderbilt, and the cats were down 14.

And, you know, we've learned that you can't sort of say these games are over with the way Kentucky can score, but it didn't look good.

Then in the second half, you know, the first 11 minutes in the second half, Kentucky was great.

I mean, it's like we've seen in these handful of runs against Florida and against Gonzaga,

against Mississippi State, and even some in the Alabama game.

Like they just, they hit on all cylinders.
