We're going to talk to you a little bit about how you have worked through and navigated through all the different circumstances

Necessary to qualify for Kona and then hopefully we can glean some useful information out of this

So I qualified at South Africa in April championship race my over time was nine 26

It's quite fast on a pretty slow course, but actually the guy who won my age got 850 something

So I mean, wow, I'm 30 to 34. So yeah, it's a fast

Eight for those who know yeah, yeah, exactly, but yeah, I swam 57 minutes. I rode 506 and then ran a three three 17

Wow, well, that's so that's good fast. Yeah, very fast. That's a really good bike split actually five yeah

Five seven. Yeah, it's good for the the course. Yeah, because very a lot of headwind and very very bad quality road

So what do you what bike do you ride I ride a BMC time machine? Okay, what's what size like how tall are you roughly?

I'm six foot, okay

And it's it's a medium I guess yeah a medium. Okay, got your weight
