0:17.4	Some things about to happen in the Coburger case this week.
0:21.8	And we've been following this.
0:23.5	And there's some people thinking that there's conjecture, you know,
0:28.3	and there's nothing conjecture-esque about the rulings of a judge.
0:32.8	However, he hasn't put out specific rulings.
0:35.8	But we can make certain assumptions.
0:39.6	And I know you're not supposed to assume because you make an ass of you and me.
0:43.7	We all know that little limerick.
0:46.3	But they've gone ahead and sent out jury summonses to alert people that they're going potentially to be called as a juror.
0:58.8	And with that comes juror questionnaires.
1:03.1	So we don't believe we had police off the cuff that Judge Hippler or the Boise Idaho
1:10.7	court here,
1:11.8	would go to that trouble unless they were prepared to move forward on August 11th
1:18.9	when this trial is about to start.
1:21.6	The other part of that and part two would be the alternate suspect.
1:28.8	Is the judge going to allow that defense of an alternate suspect?
1:35.8	And our thoughts are, no, we don't think that's going to happen.
1:42.8	We think that we have all these different thumbnails.
1:49.5	We think that the judge is going to deny the alternate suspect defense.
1:55.9	But don't listen to us.
