They say there's like eight or nine days in February. They're not kidding around. That flew. And now we're here. March 1st. No one thought we'd make it. And that means, what, two weeks from yesterday, selection Sunday. We have baseball at the end of the month. Hockey, basketball games theoretically start to mean more. Pretty exciting, right? Are we getting there? We're getting somewhere.

Well, yeah, and you got free agency as an eye and pro football. And then soon after after the draft people try to mount an argument

perennially foolishly but prisoners of the moment we'll try to make a case that this is the

best sports month on the calendar of course that's come on that's a little bit much but still

it's an exciting time like you say and uh and yeah we're inside of a fortnight away from one of the great

sporting events that doesn't feature an actual sporting event which is selection sunday

that's always great to see where your team seeds or doesn't seed no almost there a lot of blue blood

schools uh could be out carolina we'll talk about them a little later. Duke, Michigan State, just

hanging on, first in, last out. There's a, all the Lannardi has got his table set and we're going to unset it for him in the weeks coming up. But I'll say this. What do you think of him, Sal? What do you go ahead, go ahead. I want to, I want to get in on Lenardi. I know you don't like it. I mean, why do you think he's different from Mel Kuiper?

I mean, these are you think he's different from Mel Kiper?

I mean, these are guys, these are seasonal, you know, talking heads that make that way.

I'm jealous ultimately, let me say, I am jealous of what Joe Lannardi has, has manufactured as a career.

I mean, he emerges from a cave for, I mean, it's about

11 minutes of actual work required. And somehow he stretched it to like three weeks. And then

it became three months. He really does now to his own detriment now. Now he's got to be like

on camera and making pronouncements in December now.

But still, he has a pretty breezy life schedule. Like he works about three.

Pretends like, how many teams make the tournament? 68 now? Total. If we all made a list, if you and I

made our lists out. Like we would be off by like maybe threeish teams. But he gets this outsized credit for being
