Summary

Today's podcast was on a subject I have gotten hundreds if not thousands of questions on over the years, MEAL PREP! Today was joined by my co-host and partner in crime, Michelle. Together, we tried to deliver some value around different hacks you can do to help simply your life. People often make meal prep way to big of deal in their head, and get what I like to call paralysis by analysis. It doesn’t have to take hours upon hours, or consume your whole day.
