turned 39. So I'm a little bit younger at paramedopause spectrum, but I'm in it.

I want to get into that because a lot of people think menopause or even parimenopause is

something you have to deal with until you're 50, right?

Yeah, that was my assumption too i'm like i'll worry about this when i'm you know 52 and then you know this stuff can start as early as

age 35 so when i started diving into this and then eventually got certified it was a eye-opening

experience that a lot of the symptoms that i was having were directly related to paramedanapause.

And so many women don't know that they can experience this in their 30s.
