Welcome back to the podcast. This is episode 500 of the key nutrition podcast, kind of a cool little milestone.

You know, I think every hundred, you're kind of like, oh, damn, I'm again, right? So episode 500.

And it's been an honor to say the least, you know, I've been on 499 of these episodes.

There was one week where I got stranded in Mexico because I lost my passport.

So we got to the airport, realized Brad didn't have his passport and had to do all this hoopla anyways to get

back in the States they sure make it hard for you to leave if you don't have a passport so

so I'd like to say I've been on all 500 which would make more sense but I've been on 499 of

these episodes.

Really cool.

Just an honor.

And some of you guys have been here since the very start.

And I just want to honor you and say thank you.

Like, thank you for the support.

Thank you for sharing the show.

And, you know, it's, it's grown into something pretty cool.

that you you trust what i say you give a shit what i have to say and that's that's really cool

because you know for a long time for a good part of my life nobody cared what I had to say because I was a liar. I had no

integrity. Nobody cared what I had to say because everything that would come out of my mouth was a lie

because you see drugs and alcohol made every decision for me. And when you're addicted to drugs and

alcohol, there's this thing called lying that happens.
