First steps to break out of a plateau:

  • Up water intake to a gallon a day
  • Sleep a minimum of 7 hours per night
  • Macros on point
  • Food quality
  • Stress management
  • Steps (movement) TDEE

 

Tactical moves:

  • Lowering calories
  • Diet break
  • Re-feed weekend
  • Carb cycling
