It's an absolute joy to talk to you. I was wondering before we started chatting, if we were like on totally opposite sides of the globe, chatting at entirely different hours of the day, but you are currently state-side, is that right?

We are closer than you think, yeah, we're done here in Nashville, Tennessee, which is where we live mostly, and my husband and I are both from Northern Ireland, and so sometimes you will find us over in that beautiful green island.

Yes, absolutely. Well, I have been doing a lot of personal study on Amy Carmichael, and I was just surprised to see that she has once lived in your hometown, Belfast.

That's exactly right, Belfast, and then further around the coast is where she grew up, and actually it was a thrill for us to bring.

We were home last year during COVID, new touring, so we took the girls, we have four girls, home to Northern Ireland for most of the year, and tried to do as many field trips as we could.

I was wondering before that year, and one of our big field trips was Amy Carmichael World, and so we took them all around.
