Today, we're chatting with Courtney Doctor about regularly rehearsing the truths of God's word.

Courtney is an author, Bible teacher, frequent conference and retreat speaker, and periodic blogger.

She received an MDiv from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2013, and she currently serves as the coordinator of Women's Initiatives for the Gospel Coalition.

Her greatest desire in all of this is to be able to faithfully study, apply, and teach the word of God and to help others do the same.

Thanks for having me, friend.

You were such a dear friend indeed, and actually the first time that we recorded, I would say we were distant friends.

We knew of each other, but didn't know each other. And that was probably one of the first introductions and opportunities to talk one-on-one.

And by God's grace, we've had many more opportunities since.

You are such a blessing to me, and not just a blessing to me, but so many women all over the world, Courtney, through your Bible studies, through your teaching, through all the things that you do with the Gospel Coalition Women's Conference and the Gospel Coalition in general.

I am so blessed by the Bible studies that you've written. You have a brand new one that I'm really excited about.

I have it right here in my hands, in view of God's mercies. Absolutely beautiful cover, which we did collaborate on.

We did because you definitely had input on that cover, and I am so grateful for it.
