I'm excited to announce our new weekly series, know better, do better, live better, here on the Kempire Radio Network.

It's going to be a series about mental health, fitness, relationships, and we're going to be speaking to some experts, and also people that are just living their lives and learning from them.

And hopefully, you'll be able to learn something

from what they've experienced. In our very first episode, I am so excited to welcome Silent from

True Exclusives.com, who's been a longtime friend, but also an advocate for those that are

struggling with mental health. And he's opened up about his own

struggles with depression. So I would love to share with you our conversation about how he's been

dealing with this pandemic and how the pandemic has ignited a new creative space in his life

and in his work.

I felt it was the perfect time to relaunch the radio network, the show, the interviews, the doing everything that we did for many years before and took a very extended vacation. And I felt my first guest was the perfect guest to launch this new

type of conversation this new type of show for the Kempire Radio Network where

we will be featuring not just this type of show but hopefully many other

First of all, for those that are just being introduced to both of us we got to kind of tell them a little bit about who you are and where you've come from you and when i first met you you were a photographer and a blogger and now you've done so much more since then into working with brandy and other artists in launching and developing your own sort of

brand in regards to videography and documentaries and things like that. So let's just talk about
