Are we hoping? Yeah, man, not too bad bad I had a good weekend to be fair I spent most of the day

Sunday just lying horizontally though because I went on a 24 mile bike ride on Saturday down the

Leeds Liverpool Canal and it was glorious daylight it was lovely but coming back it was a nightmare was a bit of a killer so yeah spent the whole of Sunday just lied up in bed eating munchies and

take away food.

Nice, sounds good.

I mean, yeah, I went for a big long walk, but you just dwarfed what I've done so now I feel

incapable.
