Hey Fitzdog radio listeners, it's me, Gregory Sebastian Fitzimmons.

That was my confirmation name.

Parents ever gave me a middle name.

Don't know why.

I think my parents were a little rushed.

I think rushed is a way to describe their parenting.

My father was starting his career as a radio broadcaster and we moved around the country a bit when me and my brother were like young.

And we made it. But anyway, I got no middle name.

So for my confirmation as a good Catholic boy,

I picked a saint's name and I picked Saint Sebastian,

who was a martyr, who was shot full of arrows in Rome and did not renounce his belief in the

Lord Jesus Christ. And yet here I am in 2003 saying that I think that Jesus Christ was a good dude but not the Messiah.

Whoa what? I don't know sometimes I believe he's magic a little bit but in general I think we're making kind of a big deal out of one guy.

Is there anyone more famous?

I guess Mohammed, I guess Mohammed and Jesus,

they're kind of neck and neck

as the most influential people in history.
