Tampa had the stadium damaged by the hurricane, but it's a piece of garbage anyway, and they've been trying to build a stadium for 20 years in Tampa and don't have one.

And that's true because we're experiencing that in spring training. We went to Scottsdale on Saturday and saw the Royals and the Giants play in maybe the

And it is an oldie but a goody in Old Town Scottsdale. It's very cool. But you don't think of the Major League season like that, and they're putting lipstick on a pig.

But I bring this up because the Royals have been in No Man's Land for three years, which I guess in the circles of building a facility is not really No Man's Land.
