Okay, so before we get to the Herb Street interview, I want to

get your thoughts on some of the happenings with the dolphins here. And, you know, the recent

weeks past month or so, they moved on from Mike McDaniel. What were your thoughts on the

dolphins moving on from Mike McDaniel? And were you surprised with that?

I'm not surprised by it at all, Mike. It was time to move on. I feel like it was time to move on a little

bit sooner, actually a year prior. It's just that things had grown stale with Mike McDaniel, opposing

defenses, opposing teams that figured out the McDaniel scheme on offense.

Everything was played out with the Dolphins.

McDaniel had lost his voice in the locker room.

It was pretty clear and the results on the field and how the team played.

So I was not surprised at all by that move.

I feel like it should have happened sooner, but they gave him another chance.

You have a pretty lenient ownership.

They are a little bit loyal, but they finally moved on from them and moved in a different direction, and it's the right move to make. A little bit loyal, being very kind. They are very loyal, sometimes to a fault, and lenient is also a very kind word. But, yeah, I don't think a lot of Dolphins fans were surprised. I think many Dolphins fans were hoping this would happen. And then they went out and hired John Eric Sullivan as a new general manager. And then Jeff Hathley as the head coach, are you happy with the Halfley hiring? There were some other names out there. Obviously Harbaugh, he wasn't going to come here. Stafansky went with Atlanta before. He could have a second interview with the Dolphins.

But there were some other names out there with Hathley at Chris Shula.
