I'm In May of 1995, a 15-year-old girl left class in a quiet Utah town and was never seen again.

Vanishing without a trace between periods at school, her sudden disappearance sent shockwaves through the community and sparked questions that would linger for decades.

This is the story of Kipling Davis.

Kipling Davis was born on July 1st in 1979 to Tamara and Richard Davis with two older siblings, a brother named Rory and a sister named Haley.

And then the three were later joined by a younger sister named Carissa.

The Davises lived in Spanish Fork, Utah, which is one of the many communities surrounding Utah Lake,

and located just south of Provo in the northern half of the state.

Carissa remembers her older sister Kipling with glowing pride and affection, describing her as, quote, outgoing, very social, just a bright, bubbly personality.
