educated me on monarchy, not only monarchy, alagarchy, and democracy, but monarchy as mother country.

I read from the Telegraph report. The coronation of Charles III will be one of the greatest

public events in our recent history, and the details that have been announced give a

sense of exciting scale and vision. This is the King Charles report, my favorite moment

of the week. Gregory, I realize now in our seniority, this may be our final coronation.

We can hope for as many as possible, Gregory, but in any event, this coronation is going

to take place with the technology that was not dreamed of during the last coronation

in 1952. The scale of this is awe-inspiring. Do we believe that this will buoy the people

of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth? Will they pay attention, Gregory?

Oh, there's no question that the people of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth

will pay absolute attention to it. Even if you look at the viewership figures on television

of the funeral of Majesty Queen Elizabeth late last year, it was profound. This was totally

absorbing to virtually the entire populations of UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and

much of the rest of the Commonwealth. Not to mention the attention it gained in the United

States. People literally stayed glued to their television sets for days at a time watching

every detail of that funeral. Now, King Charles has said that his own coronation coming up

in early May will be slimmed down coronation compared to that which was given to Queen Elizabeth

in the Commonwealth. Just after World War II, but if you look at the revival of Britain

after World War II, it began with the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II and it was a source

of great pride to the British people and the Commonwealth. It basically, as was the funeral

of the Majesty late last year, it showed a sense of belonging, of dignity, of purpose,
