Now we're going to do the hooray part. The king and queen appeared in a jovial

mood as they attended the Brahma gathering Highland Helin games in Aberdeenshire.

The annual event held a short distance from their residence at Balmorrow has been running in its present form since 1832, attended by the reigning monarchs since 1848.

Gregory, again, how I read this Charles and a kilt I think it's a kilt

design for him alone is looking to unite again in context the kingdom of England and the kingdom of Scotland

together since the early part of the 18th century.

But over these last years, especially since the Brexit vote, there's clearly alienation

in Scotland towards Parliament, and Parliament has been indifferent to development in Scotland and in the whole of the North.

The King is looking to reverse this intention.

Is it working Gregory in your measure?

It is working and in fact the it's been traditional that the monarch would always be in a

kilt and they've got a couple of tartans specifically for the royal family.

So he's always in one of those tartans.

But yes, it's been very important for the Monach to be seen in at the

Highland Games and it's particularly important this year because it's the second

anniversary on September the 8th of the passing of Queen Elizabeth

the 2nd who of course died in Scotland by her own choice. I mean she knew she had

little time to live and she chose to die in Scotland to make this a center point of her

whole legacy.

So that was a very significant reason for being in Scotland at this particular time and at the
