I'm Gail Strav and you're listening to She Explorers. Before we move on to the interview, I want to take a minute to reflect. This is the 15th full episode of She Explorers. I feel like six months has flown by and we've covered a lot of topics.

Some of them include going solo on the trail, how the outdoors make us feel, adventuring with kids, as well as some of the barriers of fostering a more inclusive outdoors.

And that's not even everything.

I started out this podcast thinking about fear. I was afraid to make mistakes, to hurt your

ears with poor audio, to bore you. Well, I know I've done all of those things, but I'm not afraid anymore.

In fact, I'm excited.

I have lots of ideas for 2017, but I need your help to create them.
