There have been other mistakes made where people who were deported, where the government

has facilitated their return, but facilitated at the very least means that the U.S.

government needs to ask to have him back.

And they have not even done that.

The latest on Kilmar-Abrego-Garcia wrongfully deported to a prison in El Salvador.

That story coming up in about 15 minutes. But first, a federal judge is pressing the Trump

administration over the status of Kilmar Abrago Garcia, the Maryland man deported to El Salvador by

mistake. The government sent Abraga Garcia, a native Salvadoran who

had been living in the U.S. for roughly 14 years, to a notorious mega-prison for accused gang members.

But for evidence of his supposed ties to MS-13, the government offered an allegation from

2019 by a confidential informant based in part on the fact that Abrago Garcia was wearing Chicago Bulls gear.

As Jesse Waters put it on Fox News.

Everyone from El Salvador knows what it means when you wear a Bulls hat. It means your MS-13.
