I got really lightheaded. That's when I knew I needed to get to the hospital. The nearest hospital was fortunately only about 15 minutes away. They took me right in and I suffered the heart attack in the ER as they were assessing me. Thanks to a great team of doctors, nurses, paramedics, technology, and most of all, the good lord above, I survived and remarkably I have no heart damage.

I've got a stent and lots of meds now to hopefully prevent this from happening again.
