The price of milk in the Keystone State. I welcome Selena Zito of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette,

0:20.0

the Washington Examiner, the New York Post, writing for Western Pennsylvania. I represent

0:27.8

Eastern Pennsylvania. We're both Keystoneers, and the price of milk is vivid in my memory.

From a life magazine article in the 1960s, where a family struggling with the cost of living,

0:40.6

accidentally broke a glass gallon of milk, and that week's shopping and life magazine's

1:46.7

gone up to sort of cover that cost. It's just an example of everything going up,

1:53.3

but people's wages aren't going up. So the cost of milk, the cost of gasoline, the cost of just

2:00.2

your very basics to keep your family healthy, and eating well has just escalated. But again,

2:11.6

to my point, so is the cost of energy, electricity, gas to heat your home. We're going to get

2:19.3

into that season pretty quickly, and also to use your car. It has been remarkable to me to watch

2:31.2

the Biden message completely miss that this is an important factor to voters, and that this will

2:41.1

drive their decision as to how they vote. Right now, American families are really, really struggling,
