Election after election. I welcome Selina Zito of the Washington Examiner and other

distinguished publications including the Wall Street Journal, to take us to Murriesville, Pennsylvania.

This is Westmoreland County, Western Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania is the crux of every presidential election. It is the

keystone. The man or woman who wins Pennsylvania wins the White House. And the

Ferry family has much to say about whoever is in the White House. And the Ferry family has much to say about whoever is in the White House in 25.

Salina, a very good evening to you. The ferries have been there for generations or more.

And something has gone wrong with small businesses and the central

government in Washington. Are they listening in Washington to what the

Ferry family has to say, what they've told you in your

Good evening. Thank you so much for having me on. So the Fairy Family has owned Ferry Market as an

independent grocery store in this in a suburb of of Westmoreland County for over 70 years in that spot but the grocery store

had its origins in 1919 so it's been there for a bit and they announced earlier this

month that they would be closing they they cited a couple of things, but mostly the impact of inflation. They had had a pharmacy that you know rented out inside the grocery store. It's a large size

grocery store but the pharmacy abruptly closed taking away 20% of their

revenue and why did the pharmacy close? What was a string of local pharmacies in

Johnstown and Lebel Green, the sort of Westmoreland Blair,
