We start in Allegheny County,

Wilmerding Pennsylvania, and the closing of a plant at once employed thousands.

The closing of this plant was long expected. You had a lengthy conversation with the head of

Labor's District Council of Pennsylvania. What did you learn about the

closing of these large industrial plants that are part of the

success of Pennsylvania over the last two centuries. This was a Westinghouse plant and

have now either exited the country or changed locations I believe to the south.
