if you take those real estate, the tax savings dollars, from the one I just suggest,

you put $100,000 in, and you reinvest them, and you reinvest them two more times.

Your tax savings, the first year, can be 82% of your investment.

So you actually put in $100,000.

The government gives you back $82,000. So you're like $18,000 investment. So you actually put in 100,000, the government gives you back 82,000. So you're

like $18,000 invested and all the rest of it is the banks and the government's money.

So I know, you know, let's jump right in right in it's interesting I had a phone call

yesterday with somebody who owns some rental property and you know they wanted to sell it

and they had a whole bunch of money to invest and as you know I get those kind of calls

a lot and and I was like well why sell, they wanted to sell their rental property.

And I said, well, if you sell, then you have to reinvest at the top and you're going to pay all the, you know, all of a sudden I find myself being like you, right?

I'm like, you know, trying to save them tax.
