Bill, you've been asked from a few times this week about influences in your coaching career.

Just curious, don't be scouting side of your job in the roster building. Who kind of

helped develop your philosophy there? So a lot of that was really developing Cleveland

with Mike Barney. We put together a scouting department there after we left in the

Dominique League. It was our director of college scouting. Mike and I, the help of

again a great scouts that like to be ledger shorts, they're there and coaches like Coach

David, Coach Alpain, because our coaches had a lot of influence in the scouting system.

We put that together. Of course that time in Cleveland and I mean not speaking it from Nick,

but I know that it's talking to Nick. I know that a lot of principals that we develop

there. He's used it's really modified. Many of us as we move along have done that as well.

The scouting system is studying grades, identifying players. They're certain characters

there. How to put those characteristics. How to get them a grade. How to note them.

It's a kind of value you want them to organize it. But that was really a lot of that was

developed. I would say all that was developed for me and Cleveland. My other people on

the show.
