because like what does it even mean but it means that you don't want to be threatened by the people that you hire and they just have to have these extraordinary skills.

When they were building out our ten-up group, they were just really good.

I mean, they had passed me in terms of their understanding

So when he did his first hires

and then the second was Pete Doctor

and then Joe Rantf came in and then we brought in really to be an editor except he turns out to him.
