So back about a year and a half ago, there was a motion filed to prohibit the case from going into arbitration.

And in that case, Gruden won. The NFL appealed to what's called a three-judge panel where the entire Supreme Court of Nevada doesn't look at it. Just three judges

look at it. And they actually ruled on behalf of the NFL.

Gruden then appealed to the entire Supreme Court of Nevada,

who ultimately ruled, as you stated, in a five to two decision,
