Oh, Vernon, we got big news. We got big news, man.

It's just right as we are about to record Adrian Worgianowski drops a woj bomb reporting

that Kevin love is signing a four year 120 million dollar extension topping out his overall

deal at five years 145 million dollars. So Kevin love though LeBron has left him. Listen,

I guess a Cavaliers got to spend some money on somebody and they spent it on Kevin love four

years, a hundred and 20 million for Kevin love. Your immediate reaction is not sure the best way

to spend their money. That's for sure. I think as we saw in the playoffs, Chris, we saw a little bit

more of Minnesota Kevin love running him off some screen actions, putting more of the offense through

him, but like it went away quickly because LeBron James is LeBron James and that's that.

But now that LeBron's gone, maybe we will see a little bit more of this creative playmaking

versatile Kevin love that we saw back in the Minnesota days like a modernized version of that

player, more post-ups, more usage, more creative actions on the perimeter. That's what I want to see.

And if that's what Cleveland does with him, maybe it'll be worth it. However, it is a huge

and risky commitment for a guy who turns 30 later this year and has had a handful of injuries

that have either hampered him or in the past, taken him out of larger chunks of the season.

I think everyone agrees he is capable of much more than he showed in his time in Cleveland

that he's been underutilized. He was and it's very rare that we get to see this. Typically,

if you move into the secondary or in his case, third role where it's kind of like, you know,

at one point you look up and Chris Bosch is standing in the corner for corner threes. Now we saw him
