Already over the weekend, the biggest trade of the offseason, I think it is. I don't think

AJ Brown would bring back as much as Max Crosby brought back. But how about that trade?

for two first-round picks for Max Crosby. Does anything say more about the NFL's still current desire and need for edge pass rushers

than the last two big trades for edge pass rushers?

The Micah Parsons deal last September and the Max Crosby deal from over the weekend.

There is no doubt that there is still, other than quarterback, maximum priority given to elite-level pass rushers,

especially for and from teams who believe they are close. Teams who believe they have to

win now. We saw it with Green Bay last September. We've clearly seen Baltimore going all in. In

some ways, believe it or not, it started with moving on from John Harbaugh in their mind.

What will Washington do today? What will we start to hear beginning at 12 o'clock?

My sense is that we're going to hear more offense than defense early on. That's just a sense I have. Look, there's one name that keeps popping up.

I'm sure many of you living on social media all weekend long, and I would warn everybody.

This is lying season. It's also misreporting season. You know, tied to, commanders tied to, Washington tied to, there's just a lot of people out there

trying to create content and trying to get people to get excited about what they have,

thinking that nobody will remember what we got wrong.

They'll only remember the one or two we got right.
