And once again, we have to save these once great American cities from the downward spiral in the death loop where they have found themselves.

Because in places like Oakland and Washington, D.C., I talked about Memphis a couple of weeks

ago coming back from that city after having taken pretty much a 30-year hiatus and revisiting

and you can still feel the greatness. But it's scary because the homicide rates are so high.

The same thing is happening in D.C. and now you have a Democrat city council member in our

nation's capital that is calling for the National Guard to come in and restore order to the city.

No city unless there is a natural disaster like an earthquake or, unfortunately, riots

that spiral out of control and their own death spiral.

Those are the times when the National Guard appropriately is called in.

But if you have bad policies coupled with bad people who implement them and don't do anything to make it better, well, this is what's going to happen.

And, you know, we see this unfortunately in city after city.

So what happens is your tax base moves out.

So that's less money for cops and firefighters and other first responders.
