into radio. I would love to well it all started back in 2019.

I was 17 yeah I was 17 at the time and

was getting involved in some different arts organizations in Seattle namely

Rain City Rock Camp. I was on their youth board and was introduced to

K-E-X-P through that. I mean I grew up listening to K-E-X-P, but I was like that's the station my parents

listen to. And I was listening to it with my parents one day in the car and an ad for 90-point. And I was like that sounds cool.

That sounds like something I would be interested in.

And I applied to the program, which if you don't know what 90.

It is our youth DJ program here at KEXP. I think I was the second

cohort to ever go through the program. So it was pretty new when I started. And yeah, that's how I learned
