Casey, I think I made a friend yesterday.

Thursday may 30th five minutes after 11 with Kendall and Casey it's 93 W IBC you have

been very busy on the social media in one aspect and kind of quiet on another.

Let's get into it.

So I had a little interaction back and forth yesterday and I thought this would be a

great learning opportunity on a couple fronts and that's kind of what I use

social media for I kind of use social media for my show content and then learning opportunities and usually those

things coincide because there are some fascinatingly stupid people on social media.

I mean, there are people that are just phenomenal in terms of you can use them and their words and it's in print

so they can't say, you know, I didn't say this or I didn't mean that.

And you and the great thing about social media and look it's a cesspool

we've always said with social media you've got an inner social media with some

really thick skin right like you've got to really have you really got to have your wits about you and

you got to be a strong person because people are going to come for you. And when you're somebody

like me who is opinion, they didn't bring the heat, they seek you. And I had this interaction yesterday that
