glad you're listening this morning. So with the threat of a default looming, John Fetterman

urged the White House to keep a remedy on the table. He told Joe Biden that he should not

rule out using the 14th amendment to the Constitution. Some people believe that would allow Biden

to order payment on the nation's debt without seeking authorization from Congress.

All right. So I'm going to play this audio from Fetterman. And look, I understand that in the

U.S. Senate, U.S. House, people read things from the

diaspotium, whatever you want to call it, all the time. Okay. So I'm not lamenting that.

What I am asking you to listen to is one, his inability oftentimes to read the words in front

of him, which that should trouble everyone because he's a U.S. Senator. And two, as he reads these

words, Casey, keep in mind, I believe he was dressed in a hoodie while he's reading these words.

Do you think he has any idea what he's saying? What he's saying? Or is he just doing his best

to read words on a piece of paper? Let's listen and let the audience decide.

This is the whole reason why the 14th amendment exists. We need to be prepared to be using it. Again,

remember, say that again. We must be prepared to, in order to use it. And we cannot, but reckless

Republicans hold the economy as a hostage. And an unelected Supreme Court justice will try to

blow up our economy. That's on them if they have to judge on that. So thank you.
