to Kendall and Casey on 93 W I B C and we start off this hour talking about Donald Trump's

arrangement in New York with that Alvin Bragg and the FEC says that this is not a campaign

finance violation. So this is the federal election commission and they're completely rejecting

the Manhattan District's attorney indictment against Donald Trump. They're saying it's not a

campaign finance violation. It's not even a reporting violation of any kind. Yeah, and this is

I think why the average person now again, there's totally always going to be people who are so

partisan and wed to there. I hate Donald Trump that they don't realize, well, they'll eventually

do it to you that we'll say, well, just get him throwing me jail. But the reasonable person looks

at this and goes, look, if there was something going on here, the Biden administration is surely

not going to let Donald Trump skate on some sort of crime against humanity, but the federal government,

which is run by Joe Biden, the Justice Department. And in this case, the FEC, the Federal Election

Commission has looked at this and said there's nothing here. So this is one of the guys who spoke out

is a commissioner for the FEC James trainer is his name. And he just said, look, you know, we've

looked into this. This is not a crime. And he even said as you alluded to it, quote, it's not a

reporting violation of any kind was his direct, quote, what are we doing here? Yeah, what we're

doing here is you hate Donald Trump, you being Alvin Bragg. And you are totally willing to

defy and abandon your oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution and promote and protect

the rule of law in order to get some guy you don't like politically. So you've got the Federal

Election Commission and the DOJ all saying, no, you know, what we looked into this, there's nothing

there. So what sort of moxie does Alvin Bragg have thinking that he's going to come up with

something? I mean, this guy, he's not a politician. He's a Soros backed activist. I mean, this is
