You know, the WNBA is just phenomenal. We used to call it, call it as a Cubs fan as a kid, we used to call it snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

And that is what they keep doing over and over and over again. And the fact that they, on a national stage, had the audacity to wear these shirts out to the All-Star game.

Okay, so if you've not, you're not aware what we're talking about, the WMBA All-Star game was here

over the weekend.

And obviously there was a bit of a, I mean, it seems like everybody who went had a great time by the way

the city appeared to be very safe I guess all you're going to do is unleash every IMPD officer and

every available state policeman right in a you know full force maybe some people will behave themselves

and and thankfully that the the appeared, appeared very safe and that was wonderful and great.

Finally, that happened.

We'll see how long that remains in full effect.

But the WMBA All-Star game was Saturday night.

And these players in a league that has, while the exact extent of the finances are not clearly known, it is leaked out over the years of not only do they fail to make a profit, they have lost a colossal amount of money basically every single

year collectively as a league that they are the charity case for the most part of the NBA owners

through political correctness, whatever, will not allow a women's basketball league to fail.

And for the first time, there is some enthusiasm, some energy about not even the league.

I mean, look at the ratings when Caitlin Clark is not involved in something.

Not there, right.

It just keeps getting reported over and over that the WNBA loses $50 million every year and has never generated a profit.

And then you have these players come out for the All Star weekend with t-shirts that say,

pay us what you owe.
