Well, good morning. It is Tuesday, June 6th. It is six minutes after nine. You're

0:04.0

listening to Kendall and Casey on 93 WIBC. His name is Rob Kendall. My name is Casey

0:10.0

Daniels. And boy, we're glad you're joining us this morning. So missing tires, damage

0:14.5

guard rail, wrong way on I 65. Oh, that does not sound good. But that's what the crash report

0:20.6

says about representative Jim Lucas's arrest.

0:25.1

So the details are beginning to come out as we said they would. And look, Casey, it

1:53.1

He was driving on between two and one and a half tires for multiple miles. He was trying

1:59.9

to hide the damaged vehicle in the back of businesses. Again, if the allegation that he

2:08.3

was driving under the influence is to be believed. The story he gives to the cops is ridiculous.

2:16.6

I think that is the thing that should alarm everybody probably even more than the alleged
