Well, you should. And here to talk with us again about Gad the Seer is Ken Johnson. Ken, welcome back to

prophecy watchers. Thank you. Ken's latest book, the ancient book of Gad the Seer, is going to open a few eyes, I guarantee

you.

What it does is go back to the days of King David and it shows the prophetic perspective of one

who is given prophetic insight in a thousand BC as he looks forward through history.

And Ken, it's surprising what he sees.

Oh, definitely.

And let's begin with a little review.

We've talked to you once before.

In our last program, we talked about the authenticity

of this manuscript, the fact that it's now come to like. I trust that it's in a form that you

can depend on, that everybody agrees is authentic, and probably it's on its way to becoming much more well known now, right?

I would think so. Yeah, for a while everybody was thinking that it might be fake

because it was only one document, didn't know for sure where it came from, but as time went on,

more and more fragments were found, more copies, more translations.

And so now we have the main text in England in the Cambridge Library

and several Israeli groups are making, trying to get people to pay attention to the text to discuss it in a scholarly form.

It's written in an ancient form using words, as canne explained on our last

broadcast, using more ancient expressions. In other words, you can actually date the origin of this

thing by the expressions that are used, right? Yes, you can. So they have a sort of different way of communicating and Gad

the seer reflects that, which adds to the authenticity of the book. Also, Gad talks about
