doctor's office get a couple things you know tweaked and gone. It's that time it's the

season it's the season and then I have to come back and do some TV so I did myself. I've got it done professional.

Yeah, I mean I can I can see because when I do my own makeup and when I have it professionally done it is very different very different so what's happening with you today

No no I want to go back to this doctor thing because I think it's important because a lot of women on

Social media talking about hey it's important to this time of

year first of the year or at least once every year get these checkups yes so

you're you're seeing everybody whether or not you have something going on or not

absolutely you know and I've been feeling a little rundown but yes you know I don't sleep you know I've got a lot of

stuff I'm working on so I'm seeing a sleep specialist I'm seeing yes I have I literally had to change my primary care

physician which was very traumatized because I loved my doctor but she got a promotion and went to do something else so I said okay you know what if I have to

change physicians and I found a great new doctor this place where this doctor

practices they have everything they have a cardiologist and they have an endocrinologist

yeah and they have a neurologist.

So I'm like, you know what, everything I even think I have an ailment, I'm getting

it checked out.

I'm getting my mammogram done, getting my pap smears done, getting my everything done.

Get those boobs smushed.

Gotta get the boobs smushed.

I'm doing it all because you know what it is important as black women you know if

it seems that when we get anything it's more acute more aggressive
