Hello. You're freshly shaven. You look amazing tonight.

Oh thank you. I really appreciate that. I know you have high standards.

You often send me late night messages through email and text and sometimes phone calls complaining about my hygiene, my appearance.

So I decided to take some of your constructive notes and I shaved my beard.

Looks good. Beard shape. I also did something your hair.

I grew it just a little bit since you last saw me. Yeah.

Hardly noticeable, but you've got a keen eye. I've noticed.

No, the only reason I shaved my beard is because I was I was trimming this and I messed it up.

Well, you know, when you're like doing the edges and then oh, this one's too low, so I'm not going to bring this one down.

And then oh, I took a chunk out of there and now I have to like try and see if I can salvage it and then it just got all messed up.

And so I was like, all right, I'm starting from scratch and I'm going to shave completely.

And over the holidays, I will regain my beard and its glorious, hairy goodness.

Well, I'm rooting for you. I thought maybe the beard shaving was something to do with like the recent stories you've been doing about Santa Claus, doing nasty things.
