Now, the London Games are always a really busy time for those of us in the NFL community and fan community here in the UK.

And they often attract plenty of our very talented friends too from across the pond.

And someone who's made the trip over here to celebrate the London games and be a part of it is a very talented lady who you probably remember from Good Morning Football.

She's blazed a trail when it comes to NFL breakfast shows,

and now she's got her very own Up and Adams.

It's Kay Adams, and she's in the pub, which is pretty perfect.

I didn't expect to be catching up with you in a pub in

in London on a really afternoon I was not on your wish list all this exact

scenario wasn't I mean it's great to have you over here so you've brought the up

and Adam's show at two London for the international games and what's it been like

for you being over here I we were just you and I before we we came on, reminiscing about the first time we met each other,

the first London game I came to, I believe it was 2018, and it was fun, and there was, you know,

there was some fervor, but now it is full on. It is full on frenzy, people traveling from all across the country,

from all parts of Europe, to be here and be part of the festivities.
