Summary

On February 29, 2000, Katherine Mary Knight stabbed her lover 37 times. She then proceeded to carefully skin him before hanging his hide on a meat hook in their living room. Kathy then cut off his head and boiled it in a pot with baked slices of his buttocks to serve with gravy to his children for dinner.
