He said, I'm not getting any better, but I'm not getting worse rapidly.

In a sense, like you build this thing, you have this thing.

And so our job, our meaning the older athletes, like our job is not to like, we kind of know we can't improve on that fit fest piece,

but you can maintain it or lose it a tiny little steps.

And that's kind of how I feel how it is.
