You like that new intro? Okay. First of all, I love your dad. Second of all, he could have been a radio announcer. I know, right? And third of all, I love that you call him Biopappy. Biopapapie. He's just become bio. He's become bio. That's all I call him. Hey, bio. I don't call him John. I don't call him my father-in-law. I call him my bio-in-law. My biological, your biological father, so he's my biological father-in-law. Isn't that funny? So the idea for that was my friends would always come from different families and have big families. All these mixed family. A lot of times they might have two dads. And so would ask them are you talking about your stepdad here are you talking about your biological father so we ended up just calling their dad biopappy your bio dad oh bio dad my friend Jessica calls calls her real dad her birth dad her bio dad oh she does yeah oh really And that's the first person I ever heard talk about their bio dad. Nice. Because Justin has a bio dad. Okay, so you heard that after I called it. Like years. So I'm not crazy. No, no. Because we've called your bio, bio for, I think, since we've been married. Many, many years. Many moons. Many moons. Bio Papi. She'd Biopapi signing off. That was so cute. I love your dad. Oh, my goodness. Happy 4th of July, everyone. Fourth of July 2014, episode 276. Is that right? You're on it. Am I on it? You're on it. Wow. We're on top of it.

But not really because we're 22 minutes late. Yeah, we're 20 minutes late. That's right. Wow, isn't that shocking? Right. 22 minutes late. But I wrote that I had made a smoothie this morning and loaded with Sparolina and the One World Way.

And Donna said she's loving the One World Way.

She got off dairy and her osteoporosis has improved dramatically.
